~ c) After the first parcel released, all property to be
~ released shall be contiguous with the first parcel released
or to property subsequently released and shall exist of strips

and the first parcel released shall begin at the North boundary

d) After the first parcel released, the mortgagor shall be
entitled to the release of one acre for each $17,468 reduction
in the amount of the principal indebtedness.
e) The mortgagor shall not be entitled to the release
of the West 400 feet of the mortgaged premises unless and
until the payment due on July 8, 1982 is made.
Mortgagor gives and grants to the mortgagee, their heirs and assigns,
a non-exclusive perpetual right of way for ingress and egress over
and across any roads built on lands released from the lien of this
mortgage from lands encumbered by the lien of this mortgage to U.S.
Highway No. 1.
