the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by HUEIERT A. PERALTA AND
IRIS B. PERALTAi HIS WIFE

in the public records of $T. LUC 1 E County, Florida, in 0. R . Book 142 on page
268 , securinct the payment of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS AND

covering property in the County of $T. LUC 1 E ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all .right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises dexribed therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
