by gr+onts, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, rnnveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
o/ which the mortgagor is now seized and in pouession situate in St. Lucie .County,
Florida, viz:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run thence south along
the quarter section .line a distance of 289 feet, thence run
west parallel to the north line of said Section 13, a~dis-
tance of 332.59 feet to the point of beginning. From said
point of beginning continue west 332.59 feet, thence run
~ South 396 feet, thence run east parallel to said north line
of Section 13, 332.51 feet, thence run north 396 feet to the
point of beginning, excepting there from however, the east
and west 25 feet of the above described land which was deeded
to St. Lucie County by instrument filed in Deed Book 241,
'i pages 283-284. Above described land is also known as Lots
19, 20, 29, 30, 35, and 36 of an unrecorded plat of Sambataro
