South Section line a distance of 298.6 feet to the center line
of abandoned State Road No. 4; thence run Northwesterly along
said center line a distance of 186.3 feet; thence run Easterly
on a line parallel to the South line for a distance of 96.3
feet to the point on the West right-of-way of State Road No.5,
also known as U.S. Highway #1; thence Northwesterly along said
West right-of-way of State Road No. 5, a distance of 225 feet
more or less, to the South line of the Harris Boyce and Lina
