6. Notwithstanding any restrictions or puchase
options afforded the Partners upon the death, withdrawal,
retirement, bankruptcy, expulsion of a Partner or the desire
of a Partner to transfer his or her Partnership interest,
any Partner may transfer his or her Partnership interest
wholly or jointly to his or her spouse, without restriction .
or option rights being afforded to the remaining Partners.
7. The Partnership Agreement, except with respect
to vested rights of the Partners, may only be amended, except
by law, by written agreement approved and signed by all_of
the Partners.
