FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTTON OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ~ day of July,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of~this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
ALVIN MICKEY DAVTS and THERESA D. DAVIS be and the same is
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
i
existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
i from.
2. PROPERTY: The parties have no jointly owned real
or personal property.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties hs hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
~ annoying the other.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
a
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further

orders as may be groper.
