DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 7th day of July 1960
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably .broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

f and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds o.f matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JAMES EAItNES'T Btl1tKS, age 12, born September 21,
1967, ARETHA IAFAY Bi)RKS, age 11, born March 10, 1969, and DERICK JERQ?E BiIRKS,
age 4, born September 18, 1975; ~
~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded mutually to
Petitioner, EARNEST BURKS, and Respondent, JOHNNIE MAE BURKS.

~ 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the_parties
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided. ~j
