It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: T1ie marriage between the al:ove M named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties i f and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds o.f matrimony i heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JAMES EAItNES'T Btl1tKS, age 12, born September 21, 1967, ARETHA IAFAY Bi)RKS, age 11, born March 10, 1969, and DERICK JERQ?E BiIRKS, age 4, born September 18, 1975; ~ ~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded mutually to Petitioner, EARNEST BURKS, and Respondent, JOHNNIE MAE BURKS. f ~ 3.
