This cause came on for trial the 7th day of July 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a::ove
na~aed persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony f
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of LISA MARIE MORIANI, age 3, born
October 1, 1976,

minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,

VERA IRENE MORIANI.

3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

i hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.

4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or rc-a1
property to be divided.
