This cause came on for trial this 7th day of July, 1980, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDIItID AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTI~i OF MARRIA~: The marraige between the above nasred
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
i
~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
I 2. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

3. JURISIDGTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto

is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
