HAWLEY, _ Husband, and PEGGY A. HAWLEY, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court having . given full consideration to all evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANK H. ' i HAWLEY and PEGGY A. HAWLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds i f of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations E ~ arising therefrom. i ! 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARGARET ANN HAWLEY and SANDRA M. HAWLEY, minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to PEGGY A. HAWLEY. Pursuant to the separation and property settlement agreement entered into between the parties, the husband FRANK H. HAWLEY is to e pay the wife the sum of $35.00 per week per child for the support of ~ the minor children of the parties, with the first such payment being E due on July 11, 1980. On June 1, 1982, said child support payment i F shall increase to the sum of $40.00 per week per child. 3. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. E 4.
