This cause came on for trial this 7th day of July, 1980, and the Court .
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: Zt~is
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERID AMID ADJUDC~ as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. -
j 2. RES'T~ORATION OF NAME: PATRICIA ANN ROHI1~ be and she is hereby authorized

to assume her former name of PATRICIA A'~INN MURPHY and to use the same in all respects
• as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. PROPERTY: T1ie Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are. ordered to comply with
the provisions thereof.
• 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
