This cause came on for trial this 7th day of July,
19 gp, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detenaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of._this suit; that the relation of husband and wife.
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the

above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the '

parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising thezefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: ROBBIE KUHLMAN be

and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of

ROBBIE LEE LEAF and to use the same in all respects as if
