DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial this day of
,1980 and the Court having given full consideration
- to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now-exists between the -
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between FRANK
S. GROMOLL, JR. and ANGELINE LEE GROMOLL be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: There is no dispute regarding the joint
i
property of the parties.

I ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME: Angeline Lee Gromoll be and she
i
~ is hereby authorized to assume her former .name of ANGELINE
~ LEE LIVERS and to use the same in all respects as if said
r
marriage had not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for entry of such. further orders
as may be proper.
