heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdiction of the subject matter,

ORS AND AAIUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner BOBBIE J. OOII~OR ~
and Respondent, C A. O~HVOIt; are dissolved because the m~riage is
irretrievably broken.
3. Zt~at the Property Settlement Agreement between the parties,
introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1, was executed
voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties
and is hereby approved and, incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment ~
and the parties are hereby ordered to ooo~ly with same.

4. That the Husband shall convey to the Wife all his rat, title I ~ ~
and interest in a certain Winchester mobile home currently owned jointly be-
tween the parties. The vehicle identification rnmber for said mobile home is
F2600718 and the title tuunber for said mobile home is 9928075. The crnYVeyance ~
of said mobile home by the Husband of all his right, title and interest in same
to the Wife shall be subject to all existing liens on the subject mobile home.
5. The Husband will receive from the Wife and the Wife shall con-
vey to the Husband all her right, title and interest in a certain Ford auto-
mobile currently owned jointly between the parties. The vehicle identification
