full consideration to the pleadings and to all.the evidence, finds and f
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be-
tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
FRANK J. YUDA ~d MARY M. YUDA,
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and frown the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined

and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing,
i
threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several-Sheriffs of '
i
the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby
ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further Order of this Court. `
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this
{ marriage, and the parties do not own real property or personal property in
joint ownership.
