and is hereby ordered awarded the sole and exclusive possession and
ownership of the piano, desk, china service, crystal pieces,~silver
pieces and the set of New World Book Encyclopedias.
5. JOINT DEBTS: That the Husband, JIMMY L. MOSELY, be, and
is hereby ordered to be responsible for and to pay the joint debt of ~
the Husband and Wife owed to Sun Bank of Saint Lucie County in the
approximate amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), and JIMMY L.
MOSELY, be, and is hereby further ordered to indemnify and hold the
Wife harmless as to this debt.
6. SPECIAL EQUITY: That JIMMY L. MOSELY, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded a special equity in all of the right, title and interest
of BECKY A. MOSELY in the home and real property more particularly des-
cribed hereinbelow. The Husband, JIMMY L. MOSELY, be, and is hereby
ordered to be solely responsible for making payments on the mortgage
on said real property and JIMMY L. MOSELY,.be, and is hereby further
ordered to indemnify and hold BECKY A. MOSELY harmless as to this mort-
I~ gage debt. It, be, and is hereby further ordered that BECKY A. MOSELY
is ordered to convey all of her right, title and interest in said home
and real property to JIMMY L. MOSELY within thirty (30) days after the
rendition of this Final Judgment of Dissolution Of Marriage. Said

Lots 19 and 20, Block 3, Indian River Estates,
Unit 1 as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 43,
.of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of July, A.D. 1980, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
