PETERSON, CASE NO. 80-745 FR Wife. 4g2~.41 FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISS LUTI N MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, and the Court having given full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject _ matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be- tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between RANDALL E. PETERSON and LILLIE M. PETERSON, be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fra~n the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing, I threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby . ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further Order of this Court. 3.
