ARNOLD JOSEPH LANE, Husband
FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for hearing this date, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
~ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARTHA
i
A. LANE and ARNOLD JOSEPH LANE be and the same is hereby dissolved
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
I
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
{ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two minor children, to-wit:
MICHAEL JOSEPH LANE and MELISSA JEAN LANE, is hereby awarded to
the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights being reserved unto
the Husband.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 11th day of July, 1984,
~ ARNOLD JOSEPH LANE shall pay to MARTHA A. LANE the sum of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of
the children named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

f
by him remitted promptly to MARTHA A. LANE. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
f
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mail-
ing and residence .addresses at all times while this Order is in `
