SKRIPAK, Husband. ! i~ ~ f - , E i FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court . t having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and r t wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be F dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MAPRIAGE. The marriage between RENEE K. SKRIPAK and RICHARD A. SKRIPAR be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever E - freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. t 2. CUSTODY. The parties shall have joint custody of the t minor children of the parties, to-wit: DANIELLE SKRIPAK and ~ JOCELYN SKRIPAK with the primary residence of the children being with RENEE K. SKRIPAK subject to the provisions as set forth in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement and with the e term "joint custody" being defined by the provision set forth in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement. 3.
