Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to RENEE K. SKRIPAK. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
}w Order is in effect.
~4. PROPERTY. The Separation-and Property Settlement

Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein

by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
5. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS. The Court reserves 3urisdic-
tion of deterriining attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to the i
terms and conditions of the Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement. ~
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper .
