FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
his cause came on for trial the 7th day of July, 1980, and the Oairt
having given full ooc~sideration to all the evidence, finds anti
Zhis Oourt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; anti
that the mazriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CHARLOTTE

MELTON and RAY MELTON, III be and the same is hereby dissolved,

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed,fro:a

j the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of MICHAEL R. MELTON and DAVID D.
MELTON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
~ CHARLOTTE MELTON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to RAY MELTON, III.
f! 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the ~ day of , 1980,
~ RAY MELTON, III shall pay to CHARLOTTE MELTON, the sum of One
Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00), per child, per month,
~ for the support of the minor children named above.
Eac3z paymazt shall be made to the Clerk of this Opt and by
him remitted pr+a~tly to Cl~ai'iE I~EGZbN. In addition, there is herd
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutaiy costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's d~edc. Botl~i of the par+; es are ordered to keep the Cleric of
this Oourt advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein
