by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
5. FEES AND COSTS: Each of the parties are herein
responsible for their own respective attorney's fee and
costs incurred, as is agreed to in the Separation and Property
Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence and made a part
hereof.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
