4. AGREEMENT. The separation agreement between the parties, introduca'd -
in evidence and marked Exhibit 1, or stipulated and dictated into the Court

record, was voluntarily executed and, except as it may be inconsistent hereNith,
is approved and incorporated into this judgment by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with it.
S. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the paarties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
6. The aoove named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided. -
