this cause came on for trial the 7th day of July, 1980, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDF.RID A1~ID ADJi1DG~D as follows
1. DISSOL[TTION OF MfARRIAGE: Zhe marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

2. CUSTODY: Custody of MEIANIE E. OSBORN, age 6, born August 22, 1973,
and ALISON M. OSBORN, age 4, born October 31, 1975, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Petitioner, DEBORAH D. 06BORN, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Respondent, GARY E. 06BORN.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 1st day of September, 1980, GARY E. 06BORN
shall pay to DEB(XtAH D. 06BORN the scan of $200.00 per month, except for the months
of June, July and August of each year, for the support of the minor children namned
above, based on the Wife's testimony that the husband's net earnings are $800.00
per month.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
proc~tly to DEBOR2A~i D. 06BORN, P.O. Box 486, Palm City, FL 33490. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is
in effect. A
