FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of July, 1980, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
.and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and .that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALBERT F.
BENNETT and CATHERINE BENNETT be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ ;
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~
~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ALEXANDER BENNETT, minor child of the

~ parties, is hereby awarded to CATHERINE BENNETT with reasonable ji
visitation rights reserved to ALBERT F. BENNETT.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of July, 1980, ALBERT F.
BENNETT shall pay to CATHERINE BENNETT the sum of $30.00 each and
a
r .every week for the support of the child named above. Each payment
shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promp-
tly to CATHERINE BENNETT. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
