LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN RE: The Marriage of ) CASE N0. 79-170 FR ALICE HINDS, ) Petitioner/Wife ) and ) RAWLE EMERSON HINDS , ) A q~~-is1 Respondent/Husband. ) - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ This action came on -for final hearing on July 7, 1980, upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's. failure to answer or otherwise plead, and responding having been personally served process, the court, having heard the testimony of ALICE HINDS, petitioner, and petitioner's witness,-and being fully advised, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the re- lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALICE i E HINDS and RAWLE EMERSON. HINDS be-and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of EMERSON NETTLES HINDS, NICOLA LACRETTA HINDS and RASHONDAALRETHA HINDS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ALICE HINDS with reasonable visitation ~ rights reserved to RAWLE EMERSON HINDS. F 3. SUPPORT.
