Permanent and primary custody of the minor child ren of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife FLOURINE DENNIS •
The names of said minor child ren being as follows: BOBBY LEON DENNIS,
JULIA MAE DENNIS and BOBBY MARIE~DENNIS.
Upon.testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
per week , ROBERT LEE DENNIS be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $10.00
per child weekly beginning on July 7, 1980 and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
I in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
I
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
~ and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
~ the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

~ to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
i
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
E Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
~ 5. SPECIAL EQUITY: That FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and is hereby
~ ordered awarded a special equity in all of the right, title and interest 3
of ROBERT LEE DENNIS in the home and real property more particularly
t described hereinbelow. FLOURINE DENNIS,- be, and is hereby ordered to

I be solely responsible for making the payments on the mortgage on said
F real property, and FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and is hereby further ordered
to indemnify and hold ROBERT LEE DENNIS harmless as to said mortgage
debt. ROBERT LEE DENNIS, be, and is hereby further ordered to convey
by deed all of his right, title and interest in said real property
to FLOURINE DENNIS within thirty (30) days after the rendition of this

E Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage. FLOURINE DENNIS, be, and
is hereby ordered awarded a special equity in all of the right, title
and interest of ROBERT LEE DENNIS in the furnishings and household
