the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of :10.00 and other good and
valuable considerations, received from EDWARD L. NOORDYKE AND ZOLA M. NOORDYKE,
his wife, as to an undivided one half interest, AND JACK J. DE VRIES AND
GLORIA J. DE VRIES, his wife, as to an undivided one half interest, as

joint tenants with right of_survivorship, the Grantees, hereby on this

and estates in real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as:

Apartment Numbered D-2, and its undivided share of the

is described in the Master Form Deed, as recorded in
Official Records Book 263, Page 2002.
This is not homestead property.
