thence run South 6 chains and 4 links, thence East
to Indian River, thence Northerly along the River
to a point 6 chains and 4 links North of the line
3ust run on the South, thence West to the West
boundary of said Lot 1, and point of beginning, the
same being the North 250 feet of Lot 4 of Ranson's
subdivision, as per plat thereof on .file in Plat
Book 1, at page 198, .and also being known as Lot 4
