CAIRNS deceased, party of the first part, and
JOHN J. CAIRNS, JR. partylt#~EliX of
the second part, whose address is: 4551 Parkview Drive, Salt Lake
City, Utah 84117.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the order of the
Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, dated October 23, 1979
(pursuant to power of sale contained in the will of .the above-named
decedent), and in consideration of the sum of -------TEN DOLLARS---
($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the par~y(ies) of the second part, heirs, and assigns
forever, the real property in St. Lucie,@ounty Florida described as:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 562, of PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 13,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 4A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party RK of the second part,
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and. with the
party~Q{el~ of the second part his heirs, and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
l the orders of the above named court (the power of sale contained in
the will) and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
