hereinafter desaibsd, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

Section line) of Lot 2, of the HAL S. THOMAS RESUBDIVISION of Lots

Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, according to a plat
of said resubdivision on file in Plat Book 1, Page 206, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with riparian
rights; excepting therefrom, ho~vever, that part lying West of the
