This action was tried before the court. On the evidence presented,
the Court finds that the Plaintiff established the debts and the amount
S due thereon, and that the Counterclaimant failed to establish its
damages on the Counterclaim.
' IT IS ADJUDGED
1. That the Plaintiff, MINTON EQUIPMENT COMPANY, recover from
the Defendant, J. R. TRUCKING, INC., the sum of Five Hundred
Eighty-Eight ($588.00) Dollars with its costs in the sum of
~ $99.40, for which let execution issue.
2. It is adjudged that the Counterclaimant take nothing by
~ this action, and that the Counterdefendant go hence without day.
