Range 39 East, as per plat of said subdivision on file
in Plat Book 2, Page 10, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, subject to right of way deed made by
J. 8. Bouffard to the State Road Department of the
State of~Florida recorded in Deed Book 83, Page 311,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL TWO: That part of Lots 10 and 15 of Model Land
Company s Subdivision of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 10, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying North of
the North right of way of State Road 70 lying West of
