IN RE:
Change of Name of CHRISTOPHER
ALLEN SPATES, sometimes known
as CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HENDRY,
a Minor.
FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on before-the Court for changing the name
of the minor child from the name of CHRISTOPHER ALLEN SPATES to
CHRISTOPHER ALLEN H~NDRY, and the Court being fully advised therein,
thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That the name under which CHRISTOPHER ALLEN SPATES
has been heretofore known, be and the same is hereby changed and
he shall be henceforth known as CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HENDRY.-
2. That the records of the State of Florida and all
records pertaining to the said CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HENDRY, upon presentation
~ of this Order, be changed accordingly.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this the day of July, A.D., 1980.
