Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings end loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Fair and Powell Construction
Company, a Florida Corporation dated March 4th, 19 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, in 0. R. wok 249 on page
2123 .securing the payment of the sum of twenty Eight Thousand and no/100------------------
~ ~ Dollars (S 28, 000.00------~-
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
