AGREEMENT NOT TO SELL OR ENCUMBER
REAL PROPERTY
1 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSz That FLORIDA BANR AT FORT PIERCE,
a Florida banking corporation, the owner and holder of a certain
Vin. Assignment of Rents and Agreement Not. to Sell or Encumber Real
Property bearing date the 10th day of January, 1978, recorded in

O. R. Book 280, Page 1866, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, securing a certain note in the original principal sum
of $12,118.68, and certain promises and obligations set forth in
said agreement, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the NW corner of Hunt Subdivision, as shown
by the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 47, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence East a
distance of 40 feet to-the East right of way line of
Oleander Avenue; thence run North a distance of 330 feet to
the SW corner of the lands of Will Jacquith (also known as '
William L. Jacquith) on the East right of way-line of
Oleander Avenue for the Point of Beginning. Thence run
East 400 feet; thence run North 217.S feet; thence run West
200 feet; thence run South 100 feet; thence run West 200 -
feet to the East right of way line of Oleander Avenue;
thence South along the East right of way line of Oleander
Avenue 117.5 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS-the West
36 feet of the South 117.5.feet;
j hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of the said

~ agreement and surrender the same as cancelled and hereby direct the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel same of record.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Florida Bank at Fort Pierce has
caused-these presents to be subscribed in its corporate name by
