ORDER
This matter coming on for hearing on the 7th day of
July, 1980 on Petitioner's Motion to Dismiss and to Strike or
Continue Hearing, argument of counsel being heard and the court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion to Dismiss is denied.
2. The Motion to Continue the Hearing is granted, and
hearing will be scheduled for the week of July 28, 1980.
