THIS CAUSE, having came on to be heard on a Rule to Show.
Cause filed and served upon the Husband, STEVEN F. ARBER, and the
Husband, STEVEN F. ARBER having represented that the full amount
due and owing had been mailed through the U. S. Mail, and it further
appearing that such amount hgd been received in the form of a check
by counsel for the Wife and the Court being otherwise fully and well
advised in the premises, it-is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Rule to Show Cause shall be~
and it is hereby dismissed.
