ORDER
THIS CAUSE having cove on for hearing on Intervenors Petition
for Modification of final ~udgs~ent or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered tha testimony of witnesses and being
othenriae fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shal_1 be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~ ,
1980, the Father, CLARENCE LES AIKEN, SR. , shall pay to th
Clerk of this Court the sum of $~F0.00 per weekfeh~l+d each and every
week plus $2.00 statutory fee,
which amount shall be remitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. AZ1 money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name•and Social Security Number and shall
be made payable to the CLERR OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to: -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the aboverordered amounts the

as set forth herein as and for arresrages or past unpaid child support which is due
and owing in a total a~uount of S Said arrearage payaents shall coatiaue
until the entire arrearage is fully paid; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments fro' the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, F7.orida, on this
