ORDER
THIS CAUSE having cove on for hearing on Iatervenor'a Petition
for Modification of final judgsent or order on child support and the Court
having revteMSd the file and. considered the testinwn~ of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the pre~iaes, it is
ORDSRID AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgsent or order on child support shall be and the~same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that comsencing on ~1~ •
1980, the Father, WAYNE ROYCE DILLMAN T, shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 40.00 per week each and every
week plus 52.00 statutory fee, _
which amount shall be reaitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
j pa;m~ents shall be made in cash, money"order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall
j be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
