and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard

filed herein, and being otherwise fully and welt advised in the prerises, it is

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payaenta from
tlee Department of Health and Rehabilitative Serviaea, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother or
_person•having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~the above-premed Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPAR'1?tENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILI?ATIVE
