THIS CAUSE vas heard on JULY 7,.1980 , upon the Motion for Enforcemxnt and Conteept previously filed herein by the ?etitioner, and the. Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testis~ony of the parties and being fully advised in the preaises, it is therefore ADJUDGID that the Respondent, KENNETH JEROME WEBB , is guilty of willful conteapt of this Court for failure to pay child support payaents in the aoount of $ 456.00 , awount due as of May 29, 1980 , and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that as punishment for his contempt the Respondent shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, fora periods ot~ 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until SEPTEMBER 5, 1980 , conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the Clerk of Circuit-Court of this county on or before SEPTEMBER 5, 1980, the sum of S 456.00 ,plus $2.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid auount on or before SEPTEMBER 5, 1980, you and your duly authorized deputies are ~ therefore and ' ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon r~s he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described 3udgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall br promptly notified of his arrest. It ~s further ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payaents received from the Respondent until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department-of Health at?d Rehabili- tative Services, Child Support 8nforceeent Section, 1317 I~?inewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 3230~i. It is further ORDERID~AND ADJUDGID that the above arrearage paysknt shall bs in addition ~ to the regular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment t P shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit Court to: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that this order of contempt does not annul any prior order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages.
