BRYANT A. SUMMERLIN, Husband,
and
LINDA P. SUMMERLIN REPHART, Wife.
STIPULATED ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the
petition of the Wife, LINDA P. SUMMERLIN REPHART, for
modification of Final Judgment, both parties having been
represented by counsel and stipulated to this Court to the
entry of this Order, and the-Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
entered by this Court on August 30, 1977, be and the same
is hereby modified as follows:
a. That the Wife, LINDA P. SUMMERLIN REPHART, `
shall have custody of the minor children of the parties,
TIFFANY MARIE SUMMERLIN and BRYANT ASTOR SUMMERLIN, III;
b. That the Husband, BRYANT A. SUMMERLIN, shall

.pay to the Wife as support for the minor children of the parties

the sum of $100.00 per month for both children, .payable in
cash or money order on the first day of each and every month ~

commencing July 1, 1980, and continuing until the younger 3

of the children attains the age of 18 years or marries, -
whichever occurs first. Each payment of child support ~
required to be paid by the Husband to the Wife shall be made #
. to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida,
and by said Clerk remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition
to said payments,. there is hereby assessed to the Husband the
sum of $2.00 as a statutory cost to be added to each payment
