ORDER THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on June 30, 1980, upon Motion for Contempt filed herein by the Wife and the Wife, PATRICIA WILLLAMS, having appeared in person and in open court and testified that WILLIE J. WILLIAMS is in arrears in child support payments in the amount of $200.00 as of the date of the hearing and-that he is in arrears in payment of attorney's fees in the amount of $212.00, and t the Husband, WILLIE J. WILLIAMS, having thereupon paid $100.00 as j attorney's fees to reduce the arrearage in attorney's fees to $112.00 as of the date of the hearing and the Court having found that the Husband, WILLIE J. WILLIAMS is gainfully employed and has the ability to pay all funds sought by this action and that he is in willful contempt of this Court's order, it is ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows: 1. That as punishment for contempt WILLIE J. WILLIAMS is k hereby sentenced to 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself by paying the ~ current amount of child su ort, 40.00 each and eve f pp $ ry week, plus ' $10.00 toward arrearages until the arrearage of $200.00 in child support is fully paid. Upon full payment of said arrearage the Husband shall pay the current child support payment of $40.00 per week. Payments F s: z shall be credited first toward current payments and then on arrearages. ~ In the event any weekly arrearage payment is not paid, then the above- f mentioned sentence to the County Jail shall be executed.
