EDWARD R. FISHER, Husband
and
ROSALINA FISHER, Wife.
O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
for temporary relief, and the Court having .the parties before it,
together with the attorneys, and having heard the stipulation of
the parties in open court, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife shall have temporary custody of the minor
children, KENNETH FISHER, age 5 months, and ERIC FISHER, age ten years,
with reasonable rights of visitation to the Husband.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, through the Clerk of
j this Court the sum of $60.00 per week in child support, plus Clerk's
F fee, begining Monday, July 7, 1980..
3. The Wife shall have temporary possession of the marital
home, located at 6327 Lenape Street, White City, Fort Pierce, Florida.
4. The Husband shall be responsible for the mortgage pay-
ments on the home, the utilities and telephone bills.
5. The Wife shall have the temporary possession of the
1976 Ford Caprice, and the Husband shall turn over the keys to same
immediately.
€ 6. The Husband shall vacate the marital home before 6:00
p.m. on July 3, 1980.
