Executors of the Estate of O. C. MINION, Deceased, in accordance
with Order of Distribution in Case No. 69-5 CP, dated the 24th day ~
of May, 1974, do hereby assign unto BESSIE W. MINION, O. R. MINION, ,

EDWIN J. MINION and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Trustees under
the Last Will and Testament of O. C. MINION, a certain mortgage
bearing date the lst day of July, 1969, made by O. R. MINION and
SHIRLEY L. MINION, his wife, in favor of BESSIE W. MINION, O. R.
MINION, E. J. MINION and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Executors of the Estate of O. C. MINION, Deceased,
and recorded in O.R. Book 178, page 1530, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, upon a parcel of real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described in the above
mortgage..
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the note and obligation described in
said mortgage and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with
interest from the 24th day of May, 1974. To have and to hold the
same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
presents to be executed in accordance with law, this 24th day of
May, 1974.
