JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider- -
ation to him paid, eceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on -
this day of 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortgage, the rea perty n t at County described as: -

and an undivided 1/47 share in-those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in-accordance-with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that

amended in Official Records Book 332, page 1501, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
