THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, Plaintiff's Affidavit as to the
amounts due on the Note and Mortgage .herein sought to be foreclosed,
the Complaint, it is
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff has established by competent proof the alle-
gations of the Complaint and has produced the original Mortgage
Note in the amount of TW0 THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-ONE and NO/
I00 ( $2,691.00) DOLLARS, and the original Mortgage securing pay-
went thereof, copies of which were attached to the Complaint.
2. Plaintiff is entitled to foreclosure of 'its Mortgage
lien and said lien is prior in date and superior in dignity to the

right, title, interest, claim or demand of the Defendant herein,

Unit Weeks 48 in Condominium C-14,
~ consisting of Apartment Number C-14
and its undivided share of the common
elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums
1 as such is described in the amended
Master Form Deed as recorded in Official

3. There is now due the Plaintiff the following:
