shall be the pruchaser at the sale), and the-cost of the State
Documentary Tax Stamps affixed to the Certificate of Title.
(b) The total sum herein found to be due to the Plaintiff,
plus interest on the total sum herein found to be due at eight per
cent (89e) from the date of this Summary Judgment to the date of the
issuance of the Certificate of Title herein.
8. If .the total sum realized on the sale exceeds the total
of the-sums ordered to be paid by Paragraph 7 of this Summary Judg-
ment, the excess shall be paid into the Registry of the Court to
thereafter be disbursed as this Court shall hereafter direct; and
if the total amount realized shall not be sufficient- to pay all. of
those sums, the Clerk shall first pay those specified in Paragraph
7 (a) and shall pay-the balance to the Plaintiff.-
. 9. Upon confirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk filing
the Certificate of Title herein, or by the order of the Court ruling
upon objections to the sale, or disbursements_of-sale by the Clerk,
the Defendant, and any and all persons claiming by,~through, under or.
against the Defendant,~since the date of the filing of the Notice of
Lis Pendens herein, are forever barred and foreclosed of and from
any and all right, title, interest, claim or demand of-any kind or
nature whatsoever, or equity of redemption of, in and to the herein-
' above described property.
10. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further
r
orders as proper, including, without limitation, Writs of Assistance
and Deficiency Judgments.
