SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT -
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, Plaintiff's Affidavit as to the
amounts due on the Note and Mortgage herein sought to be foreclosed,
the Complaint, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff has established by competent proof.-the alle-
gations of the Complaint and has produced the~Original Note and
Original Mortgage securing payment thereof in the amount of Eleven
Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-three and No/100 ($11,493.00) Dollars,
and Original Note and Original Mortgage securing payment thereof
in the amount of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 ($7,900.00),
copies. of which were attached to the Complaint as Exhibit "A" and -

r 2. Plaintiff is entitled to foreclosure of its Mortgage

liens and said liens are prior in date and superior in dignity to
the right, title, interest, claim or demand of the Defendant, herein ,
upon the following property:

consisting of Apartment Number D-6;
Unit Week 1 in Condominium D-29, con- -
silting of Apartment Number D-29; Unit
Weeks 6,7 in Condominium D-25, consisting
